From where do trolley tours depart?
Tours typically depart from the Robert L. Taylor Community Complex and Fogartyville Media Center. We can discuss a convenient location for departure that fits the needs of special groups. Some departure locations include Art Ovation, Sun-N-Fun RV Park, Ringling College, New College of Florida and Booker High School campuses.

Please note that some groups plan on ending their tour at Station 400 for a meal. If your group chooses to do this, you are able to walk back to your car parked at Fogartyville Media Center as they are in close proximity to one another. Please communicate with Station 400 to give ample notice as the restaurant can get busy. There are other lunch options nearby: The Spice Station, Mandeville Beer Garden, The Rosemary and The Overton.

What time do the tours depart?
Tours typically depart at 10 a.m.

How long is the tour?
The tours run approximately 2 hours.

Are there restroom facilities on the trolley?
There are no restrooms on the trolley but some of the stops have restrooms. If your tour is on a bus, there is a restroom. Please plan accordingly.

How do I register and pay for a tour date?

How much are tickets?
Each ticket is $45. Due to the cost of the trolley rental we are unable to offer group rates at this time. We are looking for sponsors in order to offer tours at a reduced cost. If you are interested in sponsoring a tour, please call (863) 640-1894 or email Newtownalivesrq@gmail.com.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Please let us know 5 days in advance if you need to cancel. Cancellations given 5 days ahead will be reimburse. Cancellations after 5 days are non-refundable.

How do I know that my payment has gone through?
As soon as your payment is received via Paypal you will receive a confirmation email.

Are private tours available?

Is there handicapped accessibility?
Some guests require special accessibility. Some of our trolleys are equipped and all buses are equipped. Please inquire in advance of your scheduled date so that we can assist you in planning accordingly.

*Please be aware that on occasion a scheduled trolley date may not fill up with an adequate number of passengers (we need at least 20-25 guests). Should a tour be cancelled, you will be notified three days prior and your money will be fully refunded or you will have the option to transfer payment to a future tour date.
